Norfolk Family Mediation Service provides family mediation only in the county of Norfolk in the UK. Our main office is in Norwich city centre in the premises of Boardman House, Redwell Street near St Andrews Hall. Redwell Street runs between Princes Street and Bank Plain and is not far from Tombland. The entrance to Boardman House is in Church Alley, behind the church of St Michael at Plea. Enter via the red double doors. NFMS is on the first floor. The nearest car parks are in Elm Hill, Colegate and St Andrews in Duke Street.
There is ramp access to Boardman House and a lift to the first floor. Rooms at all appointment locations are easily accessible (for appointments in King's Lynn or Fakenham please let us know in advance if you have any accessibility requirements). If you need an interpreter or signer, or have any other personal needs to help you during mediation, please let our office know so this can be arranged.
