In light of recent developments with Covid-19, Norfolk Family Mediation is switching their booking for either MIAM's or Mediation to a Skype session.
While we always try to deliver mediation through face-to-face meetings, the use of Skype is not an uncommon approach and is regularly used by the service's mediators. With the increased risk of Covid-19 the service is looking at how it can support customers while also reducing the risk of the virus to staff and clients.
Skype allows mediation to take place without the parties coming into a meeting venue. If you would like to try this approach, then please raise this when you call to make a reservation. If you don't currently use Skype, it is easy to set up on your; laptop, Tablet, Xbox, Amazon Alexa device or phone.Follow this link to set up Skype.
To move a current booking to Skype or to set up a new booking, please set up a Skype account using the above link and then complete the form below. The team will process the request and contact you to confirm the booking has been successfully moved.
