Penny Ankin-Murray

Penny is fast proving her vast experience in children based services is helping develop her mediation skills across Norfolk.

Penny has a background in family support and has extensive experience of working at a senior level for a national children’s charity. She has also worked for two NHS Trusts and for a Chartered Accountants practice.  

Penny is a Norfolk Separated Parenting Information Programme (SPIP) facilitator and a trained parenting programmes facilitator for a range of accredited programmes.  

Penny has completed family mediation training and is working towards accreditation.  "Family mediation provides an opportunity for two adults, that had previously been in a relationship, to communicate in a safe environment with a trained professional facilitating the discussion. I feel privileged to participate in the family mediation process to assist people to reach agreement on issues that are important to them and to their family."
